Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes content and conduct that are not allowed on Jlily (jlily.ai). It applies to everything you upload, generate, and do on the Service, and supplements our Terms of Service.

This document is a template and contains placeholder language. It must be reviewed and adapted by qualified legal counsel before launch.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, generate, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity.
• Infringes intellectual property — including using others’ trademarks, logos, products, or brand assets without the rights to do so.
• Constitutes deceptive or fraudulent advertising, scams, or counterfeit goods.
• Is adult, sexually explicit, or depicts graphic violence or gore.
• Impersonates a person, brand, or organization, or misrepresents your affiliation with them.
• Is hateful, harassing, or promotes discrimination or violence against individuals or groups.
• Depicts identifiable individuals without the rights or consent required for your intended use.

2. No Misleading Advertising Claims

You are responsible for ensuring that creatives you produce do not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims. Generated imagery must not misrepresent a product’s appearance, size, contents, capabilities, origin, or results in a way that would deceive consumers or violate advertising and consumer-protection laws.

3. Respect Third-Party Intellectual Property

Only upload product images and assets that you own or are authorized to use. Do not use the Service to reproduce or imitate protected works, characters, designs, or brands you do not have rights to. You are responsible for clearing all necessary rights before using Generated Content.

4. No Automated Abuse or Scraping

• Do not access the Service through unauthorized automated means, bots, or scrapers.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, credit metering, authentication, or other technical controls.
• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or interfere with its normal operation, security, or availability.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.

5. Consequences & Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice where appropriate, remove content, limit or suspend features, revoke credits obtained through abuse, suspend or terminate accounts, and report violations to the relevant authorities. We may also take action to comply with legal obligations or to protect the Service and its users. Enforcement actions do not entitle you to a refund where a violation has occurred.

6. Reporting

If you believe content on Jlily violates this AUP or your rights — including intellectual property or privacy rights — please report it to abuse@jlily.ai. Include enough detail for us to locate the content and understand the issue. We review reports and respond as appropriate.
